FAQ

  • What exactly does WorkFlowe do?

WorkFlowe provides boutique operations and administrative management for entrepreneurs who need clean systems, organized workflows, and consistent backend support. We handle the structure behind your business so you can focus on the work only you can do.

  • Do you offer hourly support?

No. All WorkFlowe services are project-based, audit-based, or retainer-based. This ensures consistent quality, clear scope, and long-term operational support — not scattered hourly tasks.

  • What is included in the $99 Operations Audit?

The audit includes a full review of your backend systems: admin workflows, communication, digital organization, onboarding flow, scheduling, and operational gaps. You’ll receive a clear Operations Snapshot with recommendations.

  • Do I have to purchase a setup or retainer after the audit?

No. The audit stands alone — but many clients choose to move into a setup or retainer afterwards based on the clarity they gain.

  • How much do your services cost?

The only public price is the $99 Operations Audit. All additional services (Backend Systems Setup, Retainer, Micro Projects, Compliance) are quoted based on your specific needs and operational complexity.

  • What does the Operations Retainer include?

Ongoing administrative and operational support such as: communication management, scheduling, document preparation, workflow oversight, CRM updates, light bookkeeping categorization, and general backend organization. Scope is personalized for each client.

  • How do I know which service I need?

Start with the $99 Audit. It shows exactly what your business needs — whether it's one-time setup, recurring support, or a mix of both.

  • Do unused retainer services roll over?

No. Retainers are based on ongoing support and scope, not hours, so there is no rollover structure.

  • What’s the turnaround time for Micro Projects?

Most Micro Projects are completed within 3–7 business days after all required information is received from the client and depending on complexity.

  • What tools or platforms do you work with?

WorkFlowe works with a variety of operational tools such as: Google Workspace, QuickBooks, CRMs (HoneyBook, Dubsado, etc.), calendars, digital filing systems, and communication platforms. If you use something different, we adapt.

  • Do you work with trucking/logistics companies?

Yes. WorkFlowe provides administrative and compliance support for logistics businesses, including filings, onboarding, communication, and backend organization.

  • How do I get started?

Begin with the $99 Operations Audit. It’s the first step for all new clients and helps determine the best support pathway.
