WorkFlowe Solutions – Pricing & Service Policy

 1. Service Structure

WorkFlowe Solutions offers support through four core service categories:

- Operations & Administrative Audit ($99)

- Backend Systems Setup

- Operations Retainer

- À La Carte / Micro Projects

- Compliance Services

Work is performed based on the selected service — not hourly billing.

 

2. Payments

- All payments are due upfront before services begin.

- Retainer payments are billed monthly and must be paid on or before the start date.

- Unpaid invoices may result in a pause of services until payment is received.

- A late fee may apply to invoices more than 7 days past due.

 

3. Operations Retainer Policy

- Retainers secure ongoing monthly operations and administrative management at a fixed rate.

- Retainers are not based on hours; they are based on service scope.

- Retainer clients receive priority communication, priority scheduling, and consistent support.

- All retainer work must fall within the outlined scope agreed upon during onboarding.

- Requests outside the scope may require a micro-project invoice, a custom quote, or an upgrade to a higher retainer tier.

 

4. Audit Policy

- The Operations Audit is a one-time $99 service.

- Audit deliverables include an Operations Snapshot and recommendations.

- Audit fees are non-refundable once the review has begun.

- Backend Systems Setup or Retainer services are optional add-ons after the audit.

 

5. Backend Systems Setup Policy

- Setup projects pricing range based on complexity.

- A detailed scope will be provided prior to payment.

- Any added systems, tools, or expanded requests outside the original scope may require an updated quote.

- QuickBooks cleanup is considered light categorization only unless otherwise quoted.

 

6. Micro Projects (À La Carte)

- Micro Projects range from $75–$350.

- These are one-time tasks or small operational fixes.

- Additional requests outside of the chosen micro project will require a separate invoice.

 

7. Compliance Services

- Compliance filings (e.g., IFTA, UCR, 2290, MCS-150, etc.) are billed at a flat rate per filing.

- All required documents must be provided before filing begins.

- Corrections due to missing or inaccurate client-provided information may incur additional fees.

 

8. Scope of Work & Additional Requests

- Each service includes a clearly defined scope.

- Requests outside the agreed-upon scope will require additional fees, a micro project, or a custom package.

- Rush requests (work needed within 24 hours) may incur an expedited service fee.

 

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

- Retainer payments are non-refundable once the service month has begun.

- If a client cancels a setup or project before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at WorkFlowe’s discretion.

- Once any file, system, or administrative work has begun, services become non-refundable.

- Ongoing retainer clients must provide 30 days’ notice for cancellation or changes.

 

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

- WorkFlowe Solutions maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information.

- No data will be shared, sold, or disclosed without written consent.

- All client documents are handled securely and used solely for service delivery.
